By the end of this session, you will be able to:
Apply the concepts of group dynamics (task, process or method, and relationship) in a team environment
Assess your strengths in building a team
Assess your personal orientation toward trust as a team leader
Understand the dimensions of trust orientation
Lead teams through the five stages of group development (Tuckman)
Apply and teach others what you've learned
(Workshop content can be customized to meet the needs of your group.)
