By the end of this session, you will know how to
- Define a change project at your college or district office
- Self-assess your characteristics and skills as a change agent
- Understand the eight steps of change management
- Develop a plan for applying the eight steps to your change project
- Apply and teach others what you've learned

Upon request, Certificates of Participation, or the equivalent of .6 continuing education units (CEUs), will be awarded for successful completion of each all-day workshop. Certificates of Completion, or the equivalent of 4.8 CEUs, will be awarded for successful completion of all workshops.
As appropriate, colleges are encouraged to give credit to participating employees. |
